We take pride in our BBQ that is slowly smoked with hardwood charcoal and hickory from our timber covered ridge.  We do not use gas, wood pellets, or electricity as a heat source to cook and smoke our meat.  Great BBQ can't be rushed.  It's a slow process.  We have also perfected a signature rub that when combined with the low and slow smoking process creates a true BBQ Nirvana for your taste buds.
